While not as thin as premium models like the Galaxy S25 Edge and iPhone Air, the Motorola phone has a larger battery – 4,800mAh, with 68W fast wired and 15W wireless charging. For comparison, the Samsung smartphone has a 3,900mAh battery, and the Apple phone has a 3,149mAh battery.
The phone features a 6.7-inch OLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a resolution of 1220p+. It’s a flat panel with a maximum brightness of 4,500 nits and a punch-hole for the 50MP selfie camera. There’s also a fingerprint reader below it.
The back of the phone is available in several Pantone colors: Gadget Gray, Lily Pad, and Bronze Green. Each color is paired with a different color for the rings around the camera module and the power button on the side.
This Motorola phone has a Snapdragon 7th Generation 4 processor, a 3D vapor chamber for cooling, 12GB LPDDR5X RAM, and 256/512GB UFS 3.1 storage. It has no microSD slot or 3.5mm headphone jack.
The camera department includes a 50-megapixel main module with a Samsung sensor (which sensor is unclear) and a 50-megapixel 120-degree ultra-wide camera. Additionally, the X70 Air’s metal frame is designed to withstand drops from various angles. It’s also IP68 and IP69 rated for water resistance and hot water jet resistance.
